Delivery Info

• Free delivery is available for online customers in the Republic of Ireland on orders over €100 (Inc-VAT). Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge of €6.15 (Inc-VAT).
• Deliveries will be dispatched within 2 business days by DPD. 
• Deliveries are on weekdays only, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Shipping:

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Should the items not be available for immediate shipment, alternative timing may be applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

Damage in Transit and Shortages:

• Any claims for shortages or goods damaged in transit must be made within 7 working days of a delivery. Goods received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition must be signed for as such and the packaging and contents must be retained for inspection, failure to do so will invalidate any claim.
• Any claims for non-ordered items or non-delivery must be made within 7 working days of receiving the invoice.
• The Sellers total liability for short delivery, loss or damage to the Goods prior to delivery, or non-delivery of the Goods, shall be limited to (in each case at our discretion) repairing or replacing free of charge Goods within a reasonable time, or refunding the Price at the pro rata Contract rate.

Returns & Refunds

• To be eligible for a return, you have 10 days from the delivery date to return any item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Exchanges will be subject to a re-delivery charge of € 5 (Exc-VAT).
• Please note that we are unable to accept returns for goods that have been customised through embroidery, badging, or printing, as well as items that have been assembled or specially procured based on your specifications. 
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
• SafetyWorkwear.ie reserve the right to decline returns that do not adhere to our Returns Policy guidelines.

How to return an item?

Returning an item to SafetyWorkwear.ie is straightforward and hassle-free! Just drop off your return at any DPD Couriers Pickup Point for a reduced rate of €5 (Exc-VAT). Simply fill out the form here to get started! 

1. Choose SafetyWorkwear.ie from the list and reason for return. 
2. Enter your Reference Number (Order Number). 
3. Select your payment options and print the label. 
4. Finally, just drop your parcel into one of almost 600 Pickup points throughout the country. Your parcel will be returned to us via the DPD network, and you’ll have full tracking throughout the delivery journey.
5. We will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed.
