The Sacobel E-2/15 gauntlet is built for exactly that: a cowhide palm for grip and durability, a splitleather back, and a 15cm cuff that shields the wrist while staying light enough for close, controlled work.
It's rated dexterity level 5 under EN ISO 21420:2020 — the fine-motor end of the scale — so welders aren't fighting the glove to place a bead accurately.
